I spent over 10 years working on the commercial gym floor. For a decade, I watched the mainstream fitness industry firsthand. I saw how it pushed people to grind harder, eat less, track every gram of food, and completely ignore their own bodies. I watched well-meaning people burn out, wreck their joints, ruin their digestion, and blame themselves for the failure.

I realized we weren’t fixing people—we were trapping them in an unsustainable cycle.

My background is actually in History. Because of that, I stopped looking at health through the lens of modern gym trends or calorie apps, and started looking at it through an evolutionary lens. Your biology hasn't changed in thousands of years, but our modern world has.

As a Human Microbiome and Barefoot Movement Specialist, I use my decade of insider experience to strip away the industry noise, correct the biological mismatch of modern life, and help you rebuild your foundation from the ground up.
